Are you a dynamic architectural design project manager seeking a rewarding opportunity to contribute to high profile construction projects? In this multifaceted position, you will play a pivotal role in transforming preliminary drawings into completed construction projects. As the central liaison between the company and their clients, you will oversee project coordination, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of objectives. Additionally, you will utilize your drawing and design expertise to contribute to the creation of detailed construction plans, adhering to the highest standards of accuracy and completeness.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with in-house engineers and drafters to translate preliminary drawings into comprehensive construction plans.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and addressing inquiries or concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to allocated hours and resource utilization.
Uphold the company's commitment to accuracy, ease of construction, and completeness in all construction sets.
Demonstrate a basic understanding of construction principles and building codes, leveraging this knowledge to enhance project outcomes.
Engage in project management activities, encompassing 60% of your responsibilities, while dedicating 40% of your time to drafting tasks.
