Join Walmart International as a Sales Manager for Walmart Connect (Ad) sales for our International Marketplace team. This role is crucial in driving marketplace adoption among top cross-border sellers and maximizing their sales through effective advertising campaigns. You will work cross-functionally with Business Development (BD), Account Management (AM), and Self-Service Recruiting (SSR) teams to foster collaboration and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Drive International marketplace adoption and maximize seller sales through advertising campaigns.
Communicates with sellers via 1: many techniques about Ads
Increase adoption of Walmart services to improve seller performance
Consult with sellers as they plan, execute, and measure advertising strategies that boost sales and new customer trial
Utilize key data metrics to counsel sellers on ideal products and tactics to accomplish their business objectives
Learn best practices, processes, and navigate ambiguity to move the business forward
Foster collaboration with international markets and cross-functional teams
Qualifications:
Proven track record of developing and closing high-impact deals.
Experience in selling eCommerce Marketplaces or SaaS solutions.
Ability to build relationships with sellers and strategic partners.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Fluency in a second language, Spanish preferred.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
