Responsibilities: Support the removal and installation of cabinet doors, custom cabinets, and fixtures in alignment with project specifications. Collaborate closely with the installation team to ensure projects are executed efficiently and meet the highest quality standards. Follow directions effectively and consistently. Learn and master repetitive tasks to enhance efficiency. Utilize proper techniques for measuring, cutting, and assembling cabinetry. Work with team members to troubleshoot and overcome job-related challenges. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Present a professional appearance and demeanor in all customer interactions. Qualifications: Genuine interest in remodeling with a strong desire to learn and advance in the field. Ability to thrive in a team setting and follow guidance from experienced installers. Keen attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Basic carpentry skills are required; experience in trim or frame carpentry is a plus. Physical stamina and capability to lift and carry heavy materials. Must reside within 30 minutes of Ramsey, NJ, possess a clean driving record, and have reliable transportation.
