As a Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and executing community marketing programs specifically designed for Spanish-speaking communities. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, events, partnerships, and product to drive engagement, excitement, and education within the community.

Responsibilities:

• Champion Spanish-language initiatives within community programs, including ambassador programs, meetups, guilds, and creator camps.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for holidays, events, and specialized programming, collaborating with the broader marketing organization.
• Gain a deep understanding of community marketing objectives and align them with broader marketing goals, formulating strategies to maximize KPIs for both.
• Establish a regular reporting cadence, tracking projects against established goals and KPIs.
• Manage workflow between community marketing team members throughout project lifecycles.
• Facilitate clear communication and expectation setting between multiple business units.
• Hold teams accountable for participation, feedback, and adherence to defined standards, ensuring community marketing programs meet the goals of all stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of new community marketing programs that engage, excite, or educate specific segments of users.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Expert-level fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) with the ability to translate nuanced conversations.
• 4+ years of experience in account management, program management, operations, business development, developer relations, or other relevant client management experience.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Proven experience tracking project deliverables and analyzing established goals and KPIs.
• Deep knowledge of game developers, streamers, and the gaming industry.
• Solid understanding of Twitch from both viewer and broadcaster perspectives.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, PowerPoint, or similar programs.
• Ability to create and maintain detailed roadmaps, transparently communicating changes and expectations.
• Ability to understand stakeholder needs and synthesize feedback into actionable solutions.
• Skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Existing professional relationships with creators, developers, or community members.
• In-depth knowledge of Twitch, with experience as a user and streamer.
• Experience with Airtable, Asana, Mode, and Salesforce.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $26.64 to $29.60 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
