Unlock your potential!Job Summary and QualificationsUnder the director of the Director of Women and Children's Services, the Nursing Manager is responsible for assisting the director in planning, administering, and evaluating the operations of NICU/Peds units. Will share accountability for the standards and scope of the nursing practice. The individual managers the flow of patients and information to expedite care, collaborating with the physicians. Demonstrates clinical competency and nursing judgement, teaching skills, and a commitment to improving the quality of patient care. Contributes to the Ogden Regional Department of Nursing and the nursing profession in a positive manner. What qualifications you will need:Associate Degree requiredBachelor's Degree in Nursing within 3 years of hire requiredMinimum 2 years in a nursing supervisor position (including Clinical Supervisor role) with minimum 3 years of clinical experience in an acute care nursing setting requriedBasic Cardiac Life Support Neonate Resuscitate PALS Pediatric Advanced Life SupportFEMA / NIMS certification required within 90 days from hire dateOgden Regional Medical Center has been delivering exceptional care for over 75 years.
