Office Administrator - Hot New Role!

Locations: Cleveland, Columbus, Lexington

Our client is a prestigious international law firm founded in 1942, with 1,000+ employees across over 90 offices worldwide. They specialize in employment, labor, and corporate law, providing top-notch legal services to their clients.

Major Role Functions:

  • People Management : Provide leadership and direction to office staff employees.
  • Communication : Proactively communicate with shareholders to ensure administrative services and resources meet their expectations and clients’ needs.
  • HR : Oversee performance management, time and attendance, hybrid schedule control, time sheet approvals, OT, performance counseling, performance reviews, PIP, and workflow.
  • Finance : Manage office budget, expenses, and ensure paralegals and associates are billing time.
  • IT : Liaise with the virtual IT team to address tech issues.

Must Have:

  • 5-10 years of experience in office administration in a legal environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong leadership skills and highly communicative with all levels of staff (shareholders, attorneys, secretaries, etc.).
  • Open to corporate services (e.g., accounting).

Prefer to Have:

  • Multi-office experience or single office experience from a mid-size or large firm.
  • Experience in firms with similar practice areas (Personal Injury is not a fit).
  • Familiarity with labor and employment law is a plus.
  • Experience with NetDocs or iManage.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days work from home

Travel : Travel to opposite office 1 week per month

Compensation : $120-150k + bonus + annual merit increase
