Nass Systems is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner. Assist customers with technical issues related to our IT services and products. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to accurately support customers. Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and enhance service delivery. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departmental teams. Provide feedback on service processes and contribute to ongoing improvements. Requirements Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the IT or tech industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software. Basic understanding of information technology concepts and services. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
