Responsibilities Responsible for the company's AMS cost planning, cost-commercial management, and regional office portfolio, including current/new sites and projects. Advise on commercial perspectives and facilitate decisions to establish new sites/projects. Collaborate with different teams to prepare cost information and decision points. Collect and analyze real estate and construction-related market data to drive project lifecycle decisions. Establish and implement effective cost planning and management systems for projects. Manage project/portfolio budgets to minimize exposure and risk. Participate in feasibility studies and establish project target costs and budgets. Review cost plans and estimates prepared by consultants. Manage all facets of pre-construction, bidding, and award processes. Responsible for project cost updates, cash flow, expenditure forecasts, variations management, and final account processes. Perform other related duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: BA/MBA (or equivalent experience) with coursework in architecture, surveying, real estate, construction, business administration, or related fields. 5+ years of cost planning and management experience in real estate and construction markets. Strong communication and collaboration skills, effective in cross-functional teams. Excellent analytical thinking, self-motivated, growth-oriented. Preferred Qualifications: Professionally qualified in MRICS or equivalent (preferred). Good understanding of the local real estate market; knowledge of property leasing in AMS is preferred.
